Cooperative Designs S/S 11 - 'Bollywood Babylon'

Been so busy with new job haven't had the chance to post pics from Cooperative Designs latest presentation! I was asked to assist Elizabeth with the styling again. The design duo were inspired by the artist Kenneth Angers books and also films such as 'Death on the Nile'. The collection was a contemporary take on traditional art deco prints keeping the signature graphic feel to their knits but with a much more grown up feel. It was a fabulous presentation very different from what they had previously done. Held had the Groucho Club, Soho it was worlds apart from the usual walk in a straight line format of most fashion shows/presentations. Annalisa and Dorothee invited guests to a 1920's 'Champagne Soiree' where guests were allowed to mingle and enjoy the stunning collection close up in all it's glory.
